They are friendly, kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble. Their duty to care is exceptional. Since my Mom arrived in October 2016 I’ve found Minster Grange to be a small, very welcoming home where the kind staff have provided a high level of care. She settled immediately, and we have found her quality of life has been enriched. The family atmosphere gives you a great peace of mind to know your loved ones are safe within their care. Having visited over a dozen homes locally we have never doubted our choice of Minster Grange for mum’s next home. The love and care received has been outstanding and at times moving. We are most grateful and know whatever the problem a solution will be found as it has before.
